A BRAND NEW CHRISTMAS MUSICAL COMEDY FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
A live recording is available for viewing by donation. this will support future arts performances.
Step into the Christmas spirit with “BEHOLD: A Christmas Story,” a brand-new musical comedy that will warm your heart and have you in stitches this holiday season.
Written by Vancouver playwright and former LCS teacher, Chantal Gallant, and brought to life by Cody Friesen (director of last year’s Beauty and the Beast), this merry tale follows a spirited group of teens brimming with holiday cheer. Eager to put on a nativity play like never before, they embark on a whimsical journey, adding their own delightful spin to the classic tale. However, amidst the festive frenzy, they find themselves distracted from the true meaning of Christmas.
Guided by the expert vocal direction of Phil Vanderveen, the musical is adorned with timeless carols such as, “Go Tell it on the Mountain,” “Joy to the World,” “Oh Come, Oh Come Emmanuel,” and many more.
Get ready to laugh, sing, and be utterly charmed by joyful chaos as these teens prove that the most heartfelt moments are the ones that we least expect.
