Parent Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at LCS. We couldn’t do it without you.

Please note: The Volunteer Application Form and Drivers Application Form only need to be completed once and do not need to be resubmitted in subsequent years. Only the forms specifically listed below need to be updated and submitted as required.

In order to volunteer in any capacity at our school, you need to:

• Complete the LCS Volunteer Application form
• Have a valid criminal record check completed and on file at LCS as issued from the authorized BC Government/Justice web-site

If you would like to drive for a field trip or sports team, you will need to:

• Complete the Drivers Volunteer form
• Provide copy of current ICBC Drivers Record
• Provide copy of your vehicle insurance

EXPIRATION DATES:

• LCS Volunteer and Driver applications are good for your child’s stay in our school.
• ICBC Drivers Record is required each year
• Proof of Insurance provided once your insurance expires
• Criminal Record Check (CRC) are good for 5 years
