Parent Volunteer

In order to volunteer in any capacity at our school, you need to:

• Complete the LCS Volunteer Application form
• Have a valid criminal record check completed and on file at LCS as issued from the authorized BC Government/Justice web-site

If you would like to drive for a field trip or sports team, you will need to:

• Complete the Drivers Volunteer form
• Provide copy a current ICBC Drivers Record
• Provide copy of your vehicle insurance

EXPIRATION DATES:

• LCS Volunteer and Driver applications are good for your child’s stay in our school.
• ICBC Drivers Record is required each year
• Proof of Insurance provided once your insurance expires
• Criminal Record Check (CRC) are good for 5 years
