FAITHFULNESS THROUGH GENERATIONS

Since 1955, when this school started with 17 students, LCS has grown to over 1250 K-12 students. In every generation, people like you have stepped forward to generously support the capital projects needed to create more opportunities for families to access Christian education.

We are raising support for phase two of our facilities plan: a new 3-story middle school that will relieve our space and capacity challenge today, and help us continue to provide quality, faith-based learning for generations to come. In the summer of 2023 you helped us complete phase one – our elementary expansion project – delivered on-time and under budget.

… His faithfulness continues through all generations …

The plan will enable Langley Christian School to provide a distinctively Christian educational choice in the central Fraser Valley for many generations to come, will relieve our space and programming restraints and help us imagine a preschool-through grade12 school experience that will provide inspiration, service and leadership in our region.

Langley Christian School has reached capacity. A new middle school building will help ensure more families have an opportunity to experience a life changing education.

In February 2021, the school society membership voted 98% in favour of a $7,800,000 project to build a new elementary wing (8 classrooms) to replace the Fort modular classrooms. The project was completed on-time for August 2023 for a total under-budget cost of $6,800,000.

The final completed structures included playground and grounds enhancements, new head administrative offices, an outdoor gym space, a new preschool facility, and a multipurpose room for a total additional scope of 1500 square feet not included in the original approved plans.

OUR 2023 GOLF TOURNAMENT RAISED $115,000 FOR THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PROJECT.
THE 18,310 SQ FT ADDITION WAS COMPLETED THIS SUMMER.

We would love to discuss your ideas about how you can help us provide more opportunities for Christian school education through our fundraising campaign. Please contact Adam Woelders, Head of Schools (headofschool@langleychristian.com) or Lisa Smit, Development Director (lsmit@langleychristian.com).
