The Board Policy Review Committee is accepting written feedback and suggestions on the new Constitution & Bylaws until July 31 (send to headofschool@langleychristian.com). The new Constitution is much clearer and outlines board governance much better. The BC Government updated the Societies Act in 2015 requiring all non-profit societies to update their constitutions to reflect those changes.
The Board Policy Review Commitee will take feedback into consideration when drafting the final version which will be submitted to the Society membership for ratification in November 2021.
